About Jason Thielbahr

Jason was born in Santa Monica, California. Jason has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Occidental College where he was an All-American baseball player. He went on to earn his MBA from the UCSD Rady School of Management. Prior to joining Clearview Horizon, Jason worked for over 20+ years in the hotel industry, mostly in digital marketing, distribution, and revenue management positions, working for major brands such as Hilton, Starwood, IHG, and Red Lion Hotels.

His favorite things to do are read David McCullough's biographies (Truman and 1776 are just must-reads), go boating with his wife (of course, she is the captain), coach baseball, watch his kids do anything, and travel anywhere with his wife.

Jason absolutely loves to travel. His favorite place on the planet is Hong Kong and he is dying to take his family there. Jason is a big believer in the power of Christ and his pursuit of daily discernment for what is God's work versus what Jason's work is. Jason starts his morning with many "Thankfuls" and "Gratefuls".

Jason is the proudest of his wife and her ability to put up with him. Jason leans heavily on his ability to get the right people on the bus, the wrong people off of the bus, and the right people with a mission-driven mindset in the right spots. "I enjoy connecting with young adult hopefuls and sharing my optimism for life and the Truth."
