Praying Scriptures for Your Children

Look up the following Scriptures, and meditate upon them. Study them and soak on them, and get them into your spirit. Finally, pray the full Scriptures and believe God will answer them, in Jesus' name!

Reading, studying, soaking upon, and then praying the following Scriptures is a unique way to understand the heart of God as it pertains to your children. As a parent who is a believer, the Word of God is your strong defense. Be prepared to use it as the Sword of the Spirit. It is your resource for understanding, wisdom, and parenting.

These Scriptures below may not be directly about families or children per se, but if you get them deep down into your heart they will absolutely prepare you to be an effective Godly parent.

As a parent of a troubled teen, you will find wisdom and instruction, and truth that will guide you to be an effective parent despite the trial. We believe every parent should know the following Scriptures and hold them deep in your heart.

Look up each of the following Scriptures and study them. Soak deeply and ask the Holy Spirit to reveal Jesus and Truth. After reading these Scriptures ask the Holy Spirit to teach you all truth and to renew your mind to be the mind of Christ. Ask and you shall receive.

Most importantly, as you study these Scriptures and the heart of God is revealed, ask Jesus to be your Counselor. Remember to thank Him for being such a wonderful counselor!
